Business Financial Services (BFS)
Business Financial Services is responsible for sales, service and product development for small and medium sized business customers in Australia. It also has responsibility for group-wide working capital and specialised trade solutions operations and the management of our third party business product relationships.

Consumer Financial Services (CFS)
Consumer Financial Services is responsible for sales, services and product development for our consumer customers across Australia and manages third party consumer product relationships and the retail branch operations in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Business Technology Solutions & Services (BTSS)
BTSS people perform the back office functions for our products, define our overall Information Technology architecture, support and enhance systems and manage and implement major projects.
BTSS also provides infrastructure support for cash management, fraud, physical security, business services and records management, as well as managing Westpac's property portfolio and outsourcing contracts.

Finance & Accounting
Finance and Accounting is responsible for developing the strategy for the Westpac Group and providing financial information and insights that lead to actionable advice to our business partners. Finance & Accounting is also responsible for communications to many external parties such as regulators, the Australian Stock Exchange, investors, analysts and industry bodies such as the Australian Bankers Association.

People & Performance is Westpac's Human Resources department. P&P is a shared service consultancy, supporting the business in achieving its goals through a host of specialist, people-focused services.

Group Risk & Legal is responsible for the management of Credit, Market and Operational Risks.

Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB)
Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) provides financial services to the corporate and institutional customer base, assisting and advising in the management of cash, funding, capital and market risk for companies and institutions in Australia and New Zealand.
