  • Program overview

Our Finance Graduate Program is a two year rotational program designed to give you four, six-month rotations within Westpac Finance. These rotations should allow enough time for you to develop a deeper understanding of the operations of the team, whilst still providing a wide variety of experiences.

There are several teams that offer places under this program including the department-aligned Decision Support and Business Unit Finance teams, Group Finance, Statutory & Regulatory Reporting, Business Performance and Tax. All of these teams focus on different financial aspects of the Westpac business, so your time as a graduate will provide you with an opportunity to develop an enterprise-wide network and allow you to gain an insight into the operations of a range of business units within Westpac.

On completion of the graduate program, selected graduates will have the opportunity to undertake a fifth rotation in one of the following exciting areas: Group Strategy, CFO's office, Mergers & Acquisitions, project work or secondment to an accounting firm.
